I’m Hedda, the Vice President of SASSE!

The role specific tasks of the VKO are very broad, but a common theme is making sure that the internal structures and operations of SASSE function smoothly! The main responsibilities consist of managing the premises(including our cabin in Saltsjöbaden, Enoksro), coordinating big purchases as well as facilitating communication between projects and committees. This means that the Vice President is involved in almost every SASSE event in some way, shape or form. Also, the independent projects(Handelsspexet, Friedmans Apostles, Handelsdagarna and SASSE Sustainability Group all have the vice president as their closest contact point in the board.

Book an event in the Kårkalender

If you want to reserve a slot in the calendar for a certain event, you need to have it in the famous “Kårkalender.” All committee presidents have access to add events to the Kårkalender. However, it is best to check with the Vice President first to ensure that nothing else is booked (such as a private or external event) and that the premises are available for your requested day. The Vice President also manages the QCM, during which we schedule all major events for the upcoming term and synchronize everything to prevent event clashes. This way, you can attend all the amazing activities held by the wonderful people in SASSE.

Purchases of consumables

At SASSE, every event and occasion needs the right essentials to keep the fun going and our spaces looking their best. That’s where I come in! Whether it’s making sure there are plenty of cups for your party, ensuring the shelves are stocked with cleaning supplies, or providing the little extras that make a big difference, I’ve got you covered.

Trash collection and everyday cleaning

From ensuring the bins are emptied on time to providing everything needed to keep our spaces shining, I’m here to help maintain the high standards we all value. If you notice something that needs attention or have any requests to keep our kårridor in top condition, don’t hesitate to reach out. Together, we’ll keep SASSE looking its best!
