Why Diversity matters: Enabling diversity within any organization is an ongoing and proactive effort that will help both business and culture to flourish. The DNB approach is that diversity is business critical and a key ingredient for better decision-making. The business case for diversity is stronger than ever but progress in the financial industry is generally too slow.
