Vahid Toosi will be joining us to talk about the journey that led him to start HODL SPAC, the first European blockchain so-called Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC).
Vahid is the founder and CEO of HODL SPAC, a company that intends to acquire a European company within the blockchain technology industry for instance within Web3, DeFi, or metaverse with an enterprise value of about 500 MSEK. In this way, the HODL SPAC helps its target company with financing and gaining attraction on the market by bridging its blockchain activities with a more conventional stock listing.
Vahid is a former SSE alumn and a true entrepreneur who has taken part in founding a variety of software and blockchain-based companies such as PlayPark, EOS sw/eden, and GhostbustersX before this. So take the chance to ask about his key to success!
