Join us for Art Division’s first big event of the year at Galleri Duerr in Vasastan on 26 November at 18:30!
We are doing a rerun of the much-appreciated (and sold-out!) Art&About from last year! Expect a fun and creative evening where you can explore exciting art, enjoy great (live) music, have something to eat and drink, and settle into a relaxed social atmosphere, the perfect way to make a casual Wednesday into something extraordinary. Wander through the gallery at your own pace and experience one of Stockholm’s most unique spaces. Rumor even has it that you might go home with a special prize if you’re lucky… ❤️🔥
This time, we’re stepping into the world of the Swedish artist Valeria Montti Colque, who creates vibrant, multi-layered works drawing from popular culture, folklore, and transcultural identity. Her art explores belonging, empowerment, and the emotional landscapes of diaspora through a mix of materials, recurring motifs, and a distinctly personal visual language. Her colorful universe offers a welcome escape from the grey of winter, filling the gallery with warmth, energy, and vivid imagination. 🌟
