Anna Stenberg – Kinnevik Chief People & Platform Officer🔥

With a background in elite gymnastics and as an alumna of the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), Anna Stenberg has built a career at the intersection of leadership, investing, and talent. She began her career as a LUMA at Kinnevik and went on to hold senior leadership roles over eight years at Kinnevik portfolio company MTG.

Drawing on her experience as both a leader and an entrepreneur, Anna later founded WES, a diversity-focused executive search firm specializing in building strong management teams and boards across Europe.
