Welcome to the Sports Committee (IDU)!
The Sports Committee (IDU) is a place for everyone – whether you’re a die hard sports enthusiast or a person who simply likes to meet new people and keep active at the same time.
The Sports Committee offers you 12 weekly practices in sports such as football, cheerleading, floorball, basketball and padel. On top of that, we organize the annual surf trip & twice a year we go abroad to compete against other business schools at huge global university sports tournaments. We also host internal sports tournaments & compete against other Swedish universities. Further, The Sports Committee is a place to explore a career within the sports industry, by attending our various Sports & Business activities.

Who gets to attend IDU’s sports?
All SASSE Members that pay the Sports Fee (HAIK Fee) can attend all sports events posted on the SASSE calendar at sasse.se. The fee can be done either online at sasse.se OR in person at the SASSE expedition down in the Kåridor! <br />How do you register for a practice?
You register yourself to a practice in the events calendar at sasse.se. Each practice “event” has the relevant information about location and starting times. To be eligible for the sports events you must pay the Sports Fee (HAIK fee) which can be done either online at sasse.se OR in person at the SASSE expedition down in the Kåridor! <br />How do you start up a sport?
To start a sport, whatever it may be, you will need to have two things. <br /> Know a (or multiple) student(s) at SSE that would like to become coach for said sport<br /> See a demand from students to attend the sport<br /> <br /> To initiate a new sport, e-mail Gustaf Crafoord Andersberg at sportsactivities@sasse.se and arrange a meeting!
