As a member of the SSE family – student, faculty, staff or alumni – you are able to join a Mindful Monday session every Monday 12.40-13.00.
The free sessions are held on Room 348.
Different facilitators will lead you through a short mindfulness practice. The session style will vary depending on the facilitator, so that you can try a plethora of different techniques to find out what suits you best.
