Representation Fund

Want to represent SASSE and gain valuable experiences? Apply for our representation fund!

Who Can Apply:

  • Individual SASSE members (not board members)

How to Apply:

  • Submit a one-page application (A4) including; (1) Applicant details, (2) destination, (3) budgeted costs, (4) trip purpose and (5) travel plan
  • Send to vicepresident@sasse.se at least 2 weeks before departure.

Funding Details:

  • Travel must promote SASSE or benefit its members
  • Up to 4,000 SEK per applicant, 12,000 SEK per group (if multiple applications for the same trip)
  • No funding if trip is already budgeted for
  • Original receipts required within 30 days of return for reimbursement

Share Your Experience:

  • Collaborate with Minimax Editors-in-Chief to share your trip experience through an article or blog on the Minimax website.

Approval Process:

  • Decision is made by the SASSE board
  • Fund availability considered
  • Decision is final and cannot be appealed
