Intro to Debate

Want to learn how to speak in front of people? Interested in learning how to create, build and structure convincing arguments in less than 15 minutes? Come to our introductory session!

The debate society will host an intro to debate session where you'll learn how to argue a motion convincingly for 7 minutes with only 15 minutes of preparation. Think you're up to it? We do! Come and find out! We'll provide snacks and general advice and training and end with a fun debate on an ethical issue.
