Handelsdagarna “Entrepreneurship - Being a scrap dealer as a base for financing your business.”

Born 1950, Mats Gabrielsson is through his investment company, GIAB, majority or sole owner of some 40 companies. As a 14-year old he started his first business. In the end of 70 Mats bought a loss-making computer company, took the first 16 bit microcomputer company (Victor) out of chapter 11 and became one of the leading computer companies in the world. 1988 the group had a turnover of 2 billion. Mats made exit and founded GIAB. GIAB has had over 200 investments the past 20 years. He is as much angel as he is entrepreneur. Mats is a former SSE student and the subject of Mats lecture, will naturally be entrepreneurship and “being a scrap dealer as a base for financing your business”.
